Who we are

We are a team of seasoned strategists, governance leaders, project specialists, data scientists, and public sector advisors. Our consultants have worked across:

  • National and state government

  • Health, aged care, and human services

  • Financial services

  • Higher education and research

  • Not-for-profit and social impact sectors

Our experience includes advising boards, leading digital transformation, managing high-stakes delivery programs, and shaping AI ethics and data governance frameworks.

We value clarity over complexity, partnership over prescription, and long-term outcomes over quick wins.

We’re proud to be a trusted, independent voice in a fast-moving, high-impact landscape.

What we value

At Altamir, we exist to help organisations navigate the complexity, risk, and opportunity of artificial intelligence. We specialise in AI Governance — the policies, frameworks, and ethical structures that make emerging technologies safe, strategic, and sustainable.

We’re a boutique Australian consultancy based in Sydney, partnering with government, healthcare, higher education, not-for-profit, and enterprise clients across the country.

From designing responsible AI strategies to embedding risk frameworks and educating boards, we support organisations that want to innovate — but do it the right way.
